Butt Hinge / Continuous Hinge
Butt Hinge: Best for everyday doors that do not require full-length support.
Continuous Hinge: Runs the full height of the door, distributing weight evenly along the entire edge.
C.O.C Center Hung / Offset Hung
Note: These closers allow the door to be opened 90 or 105 degrees. Center Hung: Allows the door to swing in both directions while providing a clean, frameless look.
Offset Hung: This concealed closer can only open towards one direction.
Standard / C‑Pull and Push Handles
Standard Push/Pull Handles: Rectangular handles with ridges.
C-Pull/Push Handles: Door handle in the shape of a C.
Long / Short Lever Handle
Long Lever Handle: With an extended grip, less force is required to operate.
Short Lever Handle: Taking up less space, short lever handles are great for smaller or lighter doors.
Paddle Release / Panic Device
Paddle Release: A small, hand-operated push padding that unlatches the door when pressed.
Panic Device: A long horizontal bar across the door used for emergency exits.
Standard MS Lock / Latch Lock
Standard MS Lock: Uses a solid bolt that does not move unless a key turns it.
Latch Lock: Uses a spring‑loaded latch that automatically clicks into the strike when the door closes.
Electric Strike / Magnetic Lock
Electric Strike: Remote or electronic control of a mechanically latched door with access control systems (keypads, card readers, intercoms).
Magnetic Lock: Provides high holding force using an electromagnet. It secures doors that cannot use a latch or deadlatch.
