Success Therapy at 220 Newport
Newport, NJ— Success Therapy is a newly constructed 2-story childcare center with a basement and parking lot.
GAMCO had the opportunity to custom-fabricate this large curtain wall spanning a little over 36 feet in height, and 294 inches in width.
Due to its large size, the fully fabricated curtain wall needed to be split into several parts before putting them all together on site. GAMCO ensured the sections would fit together before shipping out to assure no issues for installation.
In addition to our custom curtain wall, GAMCO also manufactured and supplied our D350 medium-stile door and FG451 storefront system for this project.

Process for custom curtain wall
We begin with CAD drawings of the custom designed curtain wall. We also show the breakdown of the curtain wall to show how many sections we would manufacture and ship out since the curtain wall is very large and unique in shape and design.
Our production team manufactures each section individually first before putting them all together to make sure everything is the correct size and can complete the curtain wall properly.
We then take it back down into sections to allow easier shipment to the jobsite.
