Whitestone, NY — Laborers’ Local 1010 is a workplace and community hub recently renovated in Queens.

Known for professional road-building, sidewalk/curb finishing, and paving, these certified laborers work efficiently and safely to serve their community. They build streets, bridges, and highways throughout all of New York City. Laborers’ Local 1010 provides them a place to gather and engage with other members and retirees, as well as attend union-related events.

GAMCO is proud to have contributed to this project by supplying our D350 medium-stile doors and FG450/FG451 storefront system. Products were installed at the entrance of this unique, octagonal building, the shape of which gives it its name.
