Montebello, NY — This 3.5-story new construction is located just off New York’s I-287 in the village of Montebello. Over 17.5k square feet, the mixed-use building will soon be home to various medical departments and offices.

Development started in 2021, and finished in summer of 2025. GAMCO was chosen to supply numerous doors, curtain wall, and window units for the site. The striking, modern facade gives ample natural lighting for the businesses housed in the interior. We can’t wait to see the final look!
